Our Founders/Managing Brokers

  • Ilan Heller earned his real estate trading and property management license in 1980, receiving his broker’s license in 1982.

    With over 40 years of experience in the Vancouver real estate market (15 of them as managing broker), Ilan prides himself on being a great listener and problem solver.

    Giving back to the profession is extremely important to Ilan, and has served as chair on the Board’s West Side Division, sat on the REBGV’s Board of Directors and Professional Conduct Committee, and is currently an instructor for the Applied Practice Course (since 2007) and the Ethics course (since 2020).

    As a Rotarian, distinguished Toastmaster, dedicated father and husband, Ilan’s optimism, along with his gets-things-done attitude, exudes boundless energy aiming to inspire agents to be their best and to never give up!


  • With decades of experience in the Real Estate industry (a dozen of those as Managing Broker), Dale has had the opportunity to oversee approximately 30,000 transactions.

    This wealth of experience ensures a thorough understanding of all nuances of transaction-crafting, whether representing our buyers or sellers.

    Patience and understanding is a major part of the role which has allowed Dale over time to forge some great relationships with individuals in our industry.
